Important Note
While you’re in Rawdah, remember these things:
When you can go to Rawdah might depend on when the prayers are. Check the Nusuk app to find exact times.
If you want to escape crowds, go to Rawdah early in the morning during Fajr time instead of late at night, as shown on the Nusuk hajj app.
How to understand the gates: There are three-digit gate numbers that lead to the mosque area and two-digit gate numbers that lead to the inside of the mosque.
Masjid-e-Nabawi is open to women through gates 21–25 and 28–30. Gate 37 is the one that leads to the Rawdah area (Riaz Ul Jannah).
If you are late or have to wait in queue, you might miss the visit to Rawdah. Make sure you get there an hour before your meeting. Nusuk only gives out one pass a month, so you might not be able to go back until the following month.
Bring your passport, a copy of your visa, and easy access to information about your Rawdah meeting. Instead of showing staff a screenshot, use your mobile data to show them the most up-to-date information.
Do not leave your shoes outside the mosque. Instead, put them in a throwaway bag and take it with you.
We ask that you please do not push or run. Everyone with a pass will be able to visit.
Is it possible to go to Rawdah without a permit?
Without a pass, you can’t get into the Rawdah. You need to get a pass through the Nusuk app before you can enter.
