Rapper Outfits – Rap is a genre that has a huge influence on fashion. A new exhibit at NYC’s Museum at FIT, “Fresh, Fly, and Fabulous: Fifty Years of Hip-Hop Style,” celebrates this influence.
The exhibit is curated by Elizabeth Way, Associate Curator of Costume and Elena Romero, Assistant Professor in Marketing Communications at FIT. The duo also compiled a book that explains the history of hip-hop style.
